The App is a local utility for assembling structured residential estate evidence workpacks. It allows users to compile drafts and completed packs from user-entered factual sections, chronology entries, correspondence notes, and locally imported attachments, and to export or share those packs from the device.

This policy describes what information the App processes, where it is stored, and how it may be shared when you choose to export or share content. It applies to your use of the App on Android devices.

Local App Data

The App is designed to work locally on your device. The core workflow stores workpack drafts and completed packs on the device, including section content and order/state, chronology entries, correspondence items and their supporting document index, local references or copies of imported attachments and evidence thumbnails, and local export state or version history such as timestamps for local editing.

This local content is not automatically transmitted to the Company. It remains on your device unless you choose to export, copy, or share it.

Where the App allows you to add optional local photos or image references, those items are also stored as local app content on the device and are not automatically sent to the Company.

User-Initiated Sharing and Export

The App includes an export and sharing feature that you can use to share or export locally generated workpacks through the Android share sheet or other Android system actions. This happens only when you initiate it.

When you export or share content, the data leaves your device according to the action you select. For example, you may choose to save an exported file to local storage, send it via an email client, or share it with another app through the share sheet. Those external apps and services operate under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

The core workflow does not automatically transmit local content to the Company. Sharing and exporting are optional and user-controlled.

What the App Does Not Include

The App does not require login or account registration, does not use cloud synchronisation, does not provide payment or subscription functionality, and does not include monetisation features.

The App does not automatically collect or transmit your local content to the Company as part of its core workflow.

Data Retention

Local workpack data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's local data through Android device settings, or uninstall the application.

Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them. This policy does not govern files you export to other locations or apps.

Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their device and any files they export, and for controlling access to them. The App stores local workpack content on the device, and no method of storage is completely secure; therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Important Use Notice

The App organises factual estate documentation and provides a practical aid for assembling workpacks. Outputs are based on your user-entered observations and are intended for informational and practical review purposes only.

The App does not provide legal, regulatory, surveying, dispute-resolution, financial, or insurance advice, and its outputs are not a substitute for formal professional, legal, regulatory, safety, or certification processes.

For urgent safety or emergency situations, use normal emergency or building-safety channels rather than relying on this App.

Your Rights

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, such as the UK General Data Protection Regulation or the EU General Data Protection Regulation. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing, where applicable under law.

Because the App stores local content on your device and does not require personal identity information for its core workflow, most data can be managed directly on the device. You can delete local data through Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.

The availability of these rights depends on whether personal data is actually processed by the Company. If you contact us directly by email, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we will handle that correspondence in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been provided to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or address the situation.
